Tianyi Medical is equipped with class 100,000 cleanrooms, is ISO13485 certified and FDA registered. We specialise in the production of disposable medical devices and pharmaceutical packaging. Our capabilities include extrusion, moulding, assembly, complete packaging solutions and sterilisation. Tianyi Medicals robust processes allow us to transfer customer-owned equipment from their existing product lines into our own manufacturing environment.
Our western style management team focuses on delivering six sigma qualities and leading-edge "lean solutions" that create value-added activities and eliminates waste defects. Controlled Manufacturing Environment
For our clients that do not require a cleanroom environment for manufacturing, Tianyi Medical provides additional manufacturing capacity. To minimise the risk of cross contamination we locate these production lines in a separate manufacturing area. |
